Crossways Project Solutions is headed up by Howard Morris, a Chartered Surveyor in the planning & development branch of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors who has over 35 years of expertise in the UK development industry including industrial & logistics, mixed-use residential, office, leisure and retail experience.
Having gained a BSc (Hons) degree in Land Administration (Planning & Development) from Stratford University, he has worked at main board level for a number of the UK’s leading development & property companies, including Taylor Wimpey plc, London Merchant Securities plc, Morgan Sindall plc as well as more recently as a principal in his own development consultancy business.
Consequently, Howard brings a wealth of knowledge and experience within the industrial, mixed-use residential and office sectors having been responsible for some of the UK’s most important development projects.
